PRE-STRESSED 3-LAYER LINTELS ARE PRODUCED ACCORDING TO STANDARDS, IN DANISH NORMAL FORMAT, IN RUNNING BOND.
Sizing
Carlsberg Bjælker's-specific calculation, according to applicable standards. Sizing, static calculations and goods declarations are included in the price.
Dimensions for pre-stressed 3-layer lintels
They are built with up to 28 bricks - 6,710 mm - for light openings of maximum 6,230 mm.
The beams are calculated so that they can bear the occurring load. The beams may be produced with movable reinforcement.
3-LAYER LINTELS FOR BACK-UP MASONRY AND FAÇADE
11 cm long 3-layer lintel
11 cm wide (3N)* in back-up or facing bricks.
Front lintels for visible masonry are always made of the same brick part used on for the facade masonry.
Triple layered lintels are produced up to a length of bricks for a light opening of maximum 6,230 mm, or on request.
These lintels are normally used over door and window openings with spans of over 4,810 mm.
17 cm long 3-layer lintel
17 cm wide (3B)* in back-up or front bricks.
Front lintels for visible masonry are always made of the same brick part used on for the facade masonry.
Triple layered lintels are produced up to a length of bricks for a light opening of maximum 6,230 mm, or on demand.
These lintels are normally used over door and window openings with spans of over 4,810 mm.
23-cm long 3-layer lintel
23 cm wide (3H)* in back-up or front bricks.
Front lintels for visible masonry are always made of the same brick part used on for the facade masonry.
Triple layered lintels are produced up to a length of bricks for a light opening of maximum 6,230 mm, or on demand.
These lintels are normally used over door and window openings with spans of over 4,810 mm.
* The first letter/The first number between brackets is the width of the lowest layer.
The second letter/The second number means the width of the respective layer.
N: The width of a brick in Danish normal format, 11 cm.
W: The width of a wide brick in Danish normal format, 17 cm.
H: The length of a brick in Danish normal format, 23 cm.
Pre-stressed 3-layer lintels are produced in the mentioned standard versions.
The sizing, static calculation and ware declaration are included in the price.
Double layered lintels in a different bond or with different width are calculated separately.
